Build Your Own Story World - inspired by the classics
You will look at the relation between myths, language and its origins with mainstream literature and films such as Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and The Avengers by looking at videos. Can you see messages sent through images? Are there types of heroes that persist throughout culture? You will be led by an expert of classical literature, mythology and popular culture.
Once this is under you belt, you can have a go at creating the basis for your own story, following the 'rules' of classical mythology and using ideas and characters that you've discussed. The leader for this part is an expert of creative writing!
