Junior LEGO Robotics
This course is full but sometimes we do have people that drop out or we run a second course if there is enough demand. It is definitely worth putting your name on the wait list as we offer places to wait listed children very often. Send your name and details to Patricia Morse and we will add your name to the waiting list.
Using Lego EV3 technical system you will learn how to make robots and to code them to react with the person using them. If you like making models using Lego and exploring the various sensor and motor attachments, this day is made for you! The course is suitable for beginners and those who have some experience with the system.
You will make a robot and a programme for it to carry our simple tasks such as going through a maze, reacting to light or colour or using the sonic sensor to dynamically sense objects. You be able to experiment with the attachments and work on your own adaptations to develop and enhance the basic models!
