Virtual Reality


VR is fast becoming an important medium and this workshop will help you explore some of the techniques required to make and control assets in the virtual world. You will have a computer provided for you to create your own virtual world to fill it with your characters or standard stock assets. Your world can be developed around a story so there are a series of scenes or you can create an education or surreal experience. You will also learn the basics of coding and how to make the world interactive. The result will be online and you will be able to continue the work at home after the workshop.

You will need to bring a smart phone that is capable of accessing the Internet and playing video.

Masterclass leader: Clarice Hilton

Bio: Clarice is a recent gradual from Masters in VR and has extensive experience creating and developing virtual worlds. In addition she is an experienced workshop leader working extensively in coding across primary and secondary schools. She has a current DBS and has attended child protection training.
